Most orders are made on the spot unless we have a surplus. This means order processing can take up to 5 business days. Shipments within the United States will generally arrive within 2 weeks. If you want the item shipped somewhere else other than what is on the order please email us IMMEDIATELY.
Do you take special orders or custom requests?
Of course we do, our business is based around that. We simply offer a gallery on the site of what we have made in the past. We can do many other things including basic costume design, sets, lots and wholesale orders. Contact Us for a Quote HERE
How long have you been doing this?
We have been accepting credit cards through paypal since the fall of 2007. GrapevineFires has been a side project for both of us since 2005. You can find us selling our warez at all kinds of interesting events, conventions and festivals year round.
Do you accept Credit Cards/How safe is my Information?
Yes we accept most major credit cards through our payment processor Paypal. Because we use paypal you are ensured that your information is safe. In fact we do not keep any records of your credit card information, we are simply notified by paypal of your transaction.
How do I wash/care for my product?
We recommend a cold wash with like colors on delicate cycle with NO BLEACH and light tumble(on low or no heat) or hang drying, DO NOT IRON!!!
I am completely in love with your products. I cannot take this hat off my head? Whatever will I do?
Don't worry! It's not uncommon to wear your hat to important business meetings, partying hardcore and later to sleep. You are not alone! Why not SEND US AN EMAIL telling us why you love your hat so much and who knows maybe we will reward you!!!
